Mobility & Movement

This class will help you create freedom in your body as you build flexibility, strength and range of motion. We’ll start with a series of energising and strength building sequences that open up your hips, side body, shoulders or spine. This allows your mind to focus and will prepare your body to ease into deeper opening and slower movements. Suitable for runners and practitioners of all levels.

Rise & Shine Gentle Flow
Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Duration: 45 min
Rise and shine with gratitude and love. This 45 mins gentle morning flow class lets you enjoy the quiet stillness, and be present in the moment. Let your breath guide your movements to attain balance in your mind, body, and soul.
