Harnessing the power of your breath to energise and release tension, creating space for clarity and creativity to flow within. Surrender to the flow of your intuition with acrylic paints on wooden coasters, allow each brushstroke to reflect the beauty of your inner landscape. Take your hand-painted wooden coaster home as a keepsake.
No prior yoga or art experience is required.
